If you have recently welcomed a new pet into your home, whether it is a kitten, puppy or full-grown cat or dog, you should keep in mind the importance of getting your animal companion vaccinated. Vaccines protect pets against common, easily preventable diseases. Pet vaccines are also an important aspect of human health since infected pets can give rabies to humans.
